In February 1978, a young Lars Lerin comes to Lofoten for the first time. He is there to paint, but meets love and end up staying for twelve years.
In this book, paintings and sketches meet personal reflections on the dances of the seasons, the conditions of life, longing, anxiety and the richness of the gray scale. There and then the Lerinlight was born.
