Lars Lerin tells in words and pictures about the sharp changes of the seasons, about the harsh conditions and the unique nature in a fishing community next to the Vestfjorden where the Arctic cod come in large shoals to spawn in the spring.

Or fishing with his father and eating his mother’s cinnamon buns. Because in reality he is a fisherman’s son, deeply loved by his parents. And soon he will start school!
